Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?

Yes you can. We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing. Send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

 

How do I return or exchange an item? 

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items and unused items in their original condition within 30 days to guarantee customer satisfaction. 

We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at support@nompack.com and we will respond within 24 to 48 business hours to assist you.

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada and Eastern Asia. We do so to have better coverage shipping worldwide and give our customers better shipping rates. 

 

Wheres my tracking number?

Please allow 1-5 business to show tracking on your order. Depending where you are located, the processing time may vary. 

 

I've only received one product but ordered other products, where are they?

We have multiple warehouses where we ship out from which means if you ordered different products from us, they might arrive at different times. We will provide you tracking for each package so you are aware of where your items are at all times.
