How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.
We will accept any returns for all undamaged items and unused items in their original condition within 30 days to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Where do you ship from?

I've only received one product but ordered other products, where are they?
We have multiple warehouses where we ship out from which means if you ordered different products from us, they might arrive at different times. We will provide you tracking for each package so you are aware of where your items are at all times.
